Abstract


In this paper, the \power of ideas starting on the Shenzhen western Port logistics Development Strategy research. This article from the western port logistics development strategy to start environmental analysis , the use of internal and external factors nine squares model and the improved model discussed in Western Port Boston logistics development strategic objectives , business areas, strategic choice and strategic priorities proposed to optimize the western harbor District logistics enterprises , strengthening western Port coordination and logistics companies in the industry to provide a more rational policy support for the proposal , trying to solve problems involving western Port logistics Development with global , long-term and directional issues . Shenzhen Western Port Logistics Development objectives are: to adapt to international trade needs to build an international logistics system , timeliness of regional transport service system and provide fast , punctual , diversified services, distribution services market domain system . Western Port Logistics business areas are: vehicle cargo distribution , international freight distribution, special cargo distribution , punctual cargo distribution and so on. Western Port Logistics Development Strategy are: dilated logistics strategy , namely : to develop the logistics industry , the logistics enterprises should take merger or takeover grow and develop their own strategies , and actively develop logistics-related business. Western Port logistics strategy focuses on: building third-party logistics enterprises, creating logistics chain management system. This paper argues that as long as the western port logistics industry insist appropriate development strategies , focusing on building third-party logistics companies, logistics chain management system to create strategic focus , select the appropriate business areas, to take appropriate strategic measures , the use of appropriate business strategy , western Port logistics enterprises will be able to take on the task of developing a pillar industry in Shenzhen .
