Abstract

Solution culture conditions , the test , the use of isotopic tracer and other means , to study the potato in different concentrations of NPK uptake and transport impact , made ??a preliminary study of photosynthesis and its product transshipment , and chlorine poisoning symptoms ; soil culture conditions , the effects of different concentrations CL - transformation of nitrogen fertilizer , soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity . The main results are as follows : 1, CL - suppression potatoes NO 3 absorption ; 2, CL - is not only inhibit potato root from the solution absorption of H 2 32 PO 4 - , inhibition of H 2 32 PO 4 - from root to shoot transport, this inhibitory effect is enhanced with increasing concentration of CL ˉ ; , CL - < / sup> promote the absorption of potato Dui K . The CL - K absorption rate solution concentration was highly significant positive linear correlation ( R = 0.999 ) , the regression equation was Y = 0.486 × 10 - 3 2.27, therefore , low K soils of high N application of chloride fertilizer will be conducive to the absorption of potassium ; 14 the CO 2 tracer test culture medium CL - the excessive concentration will inhibit photosynthetic products accumulation tubers . When solution CL - concentration of 300mg/kg , the accumulation of photosynthetic products in tubers closure reduction will greatly inhibit the accumulation of photosynthetic products to the tubers to 80Omg/kg ; 5, culture The solution C Bu concentration 300mg / * day of potato thorn adverse effects ; exceed 55O valley snake , the symptoms of poisoning , tuber yield potato plants . Starch content were significantly decreased soluble sugar content rise Sichuan , Shi Chlorine concentration in the soil solution of not more than 300 mg , preferably 80 g ; 6, CL soil bacteria , actinomycetes , fungi total no significant impact , the doors can significantly reduce the number of bacteria nitrite , thus soil nO . ; - Even reduce the formation ; 7, CL can improve the phosphatase activity of soil the coastal saline phosphatase and rouge enzymes tide , but at low hilly land , facilities CL-500-1000 ms / ks soil treatment , the two enzymes activity was reduced.
