Abstract


Soybean is an important economic crop , Heilongjiang is China 's main soybean producing areas , but often result in significantly reduced due to cold damage . In this thesis, the European rapeseed choline phosphate transferase gene ( CPT ) to import soybean , soybean cold by directly import foreign gene technology to solve problems . Cold-induced plant cold resistance and lipid metabolism , choline phosphotransferase ( CPT ) is an integrated membrane protein , is an important enzyme in the phospholipid biosynthesis enzyme product is phosphatidylcholine ( PC ) is the main constituent of the biofilm , and membrane fluidity , and is closely related to cold hardiness . In this study, containing the the plasmid pRDH401 of the 35s-35s-AMV-cpt-NOST fragments via Pollen Tube Pathway Heilongjiang Province common the five cultivated soybean varieties , planting seeds obtained and detection . Antibiotics, low-temperature screening plants could be transformed into the PCR detection of transgenic plants amplified gene fragment . The total DNA Southern blot hybridization of PCR - positive strains results show that exogenous gene has been integrated into the genome of soybean varieties .
