Abstract

Adhesion molecules are distributed on the cell surface or extracellular matrix glycoprotein from vascular endothelial cells, white blood cells and a variety of other cells to the ligand - receptor play a role in the form of corresponding, can mediate cell-cell, cells and stromal cell - matrix - cell adhesion, and differentiation in embryonic development, maintenance of normal tissue structure, inflammation and immune response, wound healing, blood coagulation and tumor invasion and metastasis, and other physiological and pathological processes play an important role. Selectin E (E-selectin), vascular cell adhesion molecule -1 (vascular celladhesion molecule-1, VCAM-1) is the selectin family of adhesion molecules, immunoglobulin from the family. Expressed on the cell surface adhesion molecules shed into the blood to become soluble adhesion molecules, soluble adhesion molecules in clinical testing for the adhesion molecule provides a convenient. Adhesion molecules in autoimmune diseases, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, increased expression of such lesions, adhesion molecules and diabetes are becoming increasingly being taken seriously. Learning occurs in human islets, the adhesion molecule plays the role of regulatory molecules form. In type 1 diabetes, an autoimmune islet β cell destruction process and complications, and adhesion molecules also play an important role. Existing diabetes research and adhesion molecules are more concentrated in type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, the study was small, but also because by common complications such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other interference than large, results are often inconsistent. In this study, no hypertension, no hyperlipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes measured serum soluble selectin E (sE-seletin) and soluble VCAM-1 (sVCAM-1) levels in patients with type 2 diabetes to investigate adhesion molecules and its clinical significance. 42 cases, both in 2000, Zhejiang Province People's Hospital inpatient. Exclude hypertension, high cholesterol, rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid disease and other diseases, no ketosis, infection, use of oral hypoglycemic agents. Including 27 males and 15 females, mean age of 60.74 on 12 two four-year-old, with an average duration of 6.88 on a 5.82 years. According to the presence of diabetic retinopathy or diabetic nephropathy is divided into two subgroups: Well microvascular complications of diabetes subgroup (9 males and 9 females, including diabetic retinopathy, 5 cases, 11 cases of diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy and diabetic nephropathy two cases, with an average age of 63.67 years old on 1199, with an average duration of 5.49 years 9.83 soil) and without microvascular complications of diabetes subgroup (17 males and 7 females, mean age 11.82 years 56.79 soil The average duration of 2.94 on a 3.48 years). The criteria for intermittent diabetic nephropathy (separated by more than 2 weeks) 2 next morning pee albumin (mg) / urinary muscle crisp (mmol) ratio greater than 2.5; diabetic retinopathy places ophthalmologist for fundus examination results shall prevail . Exclude hypertension using JNC-w standard (normal blood pressure as systolic blood pressure <130mgHg, diastolic blood pressure <85mgHg); exclusion criterion used hyperlipidemia of 1997 of the \normal LDL cholesterol <3 two Zmmo *). 2, the control group was 20 cases for the same period in our hospital healthy subjects without diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and other family history. Including 12 males and 8 females, mean age 59.40 on 10. ZI years old. Second, the method 1, all objects leaf extract 12 After 4 hours fasting, fasting blood. sE-sele. tin, SVCAMJ specimens using serum specimens after storage in, 86 \lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL {) using serum samples instantly censorship. FBG measuring glucose oxidase, TG, LDL (measured using enzymatic diabetic group synchronization specimens from plasma, instantly measured glycosylated hemoglobin (* b pill C), using rabbit immune nephelometry. 2 diabetic morning urine specimens, immediately inspected, urine albumin (nephelometry You), urine creatinine (picric acid method). 3, all objects in the measurement of blood pressure at least 2 times , blood pressure more than five minutes before the sit-in. 4, all diabetic patients ask the same ophthalmologist for fundus examination. Third, the statistical data results in 7 S said. measurement data using t test. count data using the X 'test, correlation between the two Inspection using linear correlation analysis. All Statistics were performed on spss 9.0 for windows. 3 results, general information among the groups by age and sex composition had no statistics on the obituary significance difference (P all> 0 Knife 5 ). microvascular complications of diabetes duration longer than the subgroup without microvascular complications of diabetes subgroup (Bu 4 stone 6, P 0.05). diabetic group FSG is 10.19M.10mmol / l, microvascular complications of diabetes subgroup was 10.79 on 3,74 mmo *, diabetic patients without microvascular complications subgroup for 9.39M.52mmol eight in the control group was 491 0.49mmol eight, before all three groups were higher punch
