Although the purpose of Helicobacter pylori (Helicobacter pylori, H. pylori) is considered to be an important pathogenic factor in duodenal ulcer, but its pathophysiologic mechanisms are not yet elucidated. More relevant doctrine, the doctrine of gastric metaplasia, gastrin - acid theory, theory of immune damage, etc., but can not be satisfactorily explained. In recent years, increasing attention medium wash doctrine, the doctrine that, H. pylori by producing inflammatory cytokines and other inflammatory mediators when dumped into the duodenum in gastric emptying caused by ulcers. This study of H.pylori-positive bacteria before and after radical gastric ulcer and the degree of inflammation and inflammatory mediators analyzed to verify the media rinse doctrine of science, and to further explore the pathogenesis of duodenal ulcer and Clear H.pylori necessity. Subjects and Methods 70 patients with duodenal ulcer, excluding the heart, lungs, liver, brain, kidney and other serious diseases, excluding gastric ulcer, gastric benign and malignant tumors and other diseases. H. pylori cure (quadruple: proton pump inhibitor bismuth two kinds of antibiotics) before a gastroscopy and 14 C-urea breath test, the endoscopic mucosal tissue forceps were sent to pathology Histological examination (gastric inflammation grading), H.pylori WS staining grading and inflammatory mediators (IL-8, TNFα, SOD and MDA) determination. IL-8 and TNFα were measured by ELISA, master's degree thesis, SOD and MDA were determined by chemical assay. Of which 25 cases ten j duodenal ulcer patients infected with Hde again after quadruple regimens for such checks. Statistical Methods: Measurement data mining test was used to compare the count data were compared by x 'test and correlation analysis using Kendall and Pearson correlation analysis. H rri H pylon positive and negative patients compared to gastric mucosal IL-8, TNF a, SOD and MDA were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant. Antral mucosa inflammatory mediators IL-8, TNF Q, SOD and MDA content increased with H pylon infection levels and antral acute and chronic inflammation and elevated levels of deepened. Antrum after treatment of acute and chronic inflammation significantly improved than before treatment, and the antral mucosa of IL-8, TNF a, SOD and MDA levels significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion inflammatory mediators in H pylort correlation antral and duodenal ulcer ties play an important role; Clear H pylon can significantly reduce gastric mucosal inflammation, wells to further reduce production of inflammatory mediators; treatment twelve duodenal ulcer Clear H pylon is necessary.
