Abstract


Hunan is a major agricultural province in recent years , rural information service system has a certain basis , but the service capacity compared to the information needs of governments , businesses, farmers , and developed foreign and domestic provinces, municipalities and phase than there is a big gap . Therefore, the analysis of the main problems in Hunan rural information service system , to explore the strategies and measures to further improve the rural information service system is of great significance . By Hunan rural information service system research , analysis of the problems of Hunan rural information service system , Hunan rural information service system measures , including: the establishment of the Hunan Agricultural Science and Technology Information Association to build Hunan rural science and technology information service model , the construction of \Province of farmers in agricultural technology, information technology training . This paper also explores the Hunan rural information service system of specific measures : the establishment of integrated rural information service platform . Flat call as the core public service platform, fast , effective and timely response to the demands of the farmers , the platform in order to ensure the accuracy and timeliness, design of data mining and intelligent search engine framework .
