This thesis is the study of domestic urban land classification and careful analysis of the Shanxi Province, natural, economic and social conditions , based on the cities offered to the average consolidated premium for control , combined with the Delphi method to establish indicators of urban land classification system approach and its feasibility, practicality , and scope were discussed, while targeted evaluation of individual choice is analyzed. In this paper, Shanxi Province, 22 pilot cities to seven prefecture-level cities of sample points , using seven cities and their corresponding benchmark land area to strike their combined average land price , then this seven samples cities combined average premium for the control , the evaluation index system of the weight adjustment and strike items . The eventual establishment of evaluation index system of urban land in Shanxi Province , and the use of the index system in Shanxi 22 other division of land and other cities , and then use the results of the classification of state-owned land assets and other cities were rough estimates .
