Abstract


Proceed from the general theory of villagers ' autonomy , combined with the status quo of China 's villagers autonomy , in-depth discussions on how to further improve the villagers' autonomy . The villagers' self-government as an important means to achieve democracy , has been highly praised by scholars at home and abroad . To establish the development of villagers 'self-government , inseparable from the protection of the rule of law , especially the Constitution provides a good living space for the villagers' autonomy . The villagers' autonomy greatly promote the development of China's democratic construction . Beneficial practice on visits abroad village governance , strengthening of village self-government . After more than twenty years of practice , China has made remarkable achievements in the villagers' autonomy .
