Abstract


Civil group suit system has different names in different countries while civil client suit systems have been built up in various countries to resolve disputes of multitude.Civil group suit system grows up as sociˉety develops.The more developed one country is，the higher frequency and large scale of civil group disputes happens there.Correspondingly improved civil group suit system is required by that. Today many scholars connect group suit theory with criminal proˉcedure and administrate litigation，although group suit systems set up initially to resolve group disputes in civil suit.Not only have their reˉsearches enriched the content of gruop suit，but also provided theoretiˉcal basis for the conception of civil group suit.Based on researches on suit and different types of it as well as the conception and development of civil suit，a scientific conception has been given. Most researches of either foreign or internal scholars on civil group suit system are focusing on the historical development and comparative study of it.Basic issues such as basis、value principles and so on are igˉnored.Including economic、cultural and legal philosophical research on that system must have been researched.Moreover，the value choices of that system are defined based on the arguement of justice principle and benefic principle. The goals of researching on basis and value of civil group suit sysˉtem are improving current civil group suit system in China—Represenˉtative Suit System and based on that advancing a proposition of perfectˉing legislation.
