Abstract

Postmortem redistribution (postmortem redistribution PMR) refers to the the postmortem poison (drug) material move in the tissues, organs, and body fluids phenomenon. Shortly after the death of the body diffusion of the drug (drug) was started, and that after the death of a different time in different organizations, the the poison concentration within the organ is not the same, traditional samples selected method reliability is questionable. PMR mechanism is very complex, the present, after the death of the blood flow, the pharmacokinetics role corruption role: gradient concentration diffusion. Die and then the distribution of the mechanism is very complicated, the same kind of toxic poisoning, in the different fluids and tissues and organs within the PMR may also involve multiple mechanisms. Abuse of Methamphetamine (Methamphetamine MA) is an extremely serious cases of poisoning and death have occurred, according to its chemical properties inferred theoretically MA on PMR possible, so this topic, select MA research object. The proposed MA rapid biological samples and extract sensitive detection methods, research MA phenomenon exists in rabbits PMR, and elaborated its PMR trends provide a theoretical basis for forensic examination and identification of such cases of drug intoxication and effective testing methods. Methods 30 experimental rabbits were divided into six groups, MA solution in accordance with 30mg/kg amount gavage group of 1 to 4, 30mg/kg amount of liquid gavage 5,6 MA ethanol solution of 60mg/ml according to suffocation way were killed after the supine position in the environment of 15 ℃, respectively, after the death of 0h, 6h, 24h, 48h take effort, peripheral blood, urine and lung tissue, liver tissue, brain tissue under test groups 1 to 4, in the dead after 6h, 48h test 5,6. SPME-GC-MS assay rabbits various body fluids and tissue, MA, using 100μm polydimethylsiloxane SPME extraction, 1 - naphthylamine (1-Naphthylamine) as the internal standard in gas chromatography mass spectrometry in selected ion assay. The data obtained using SPSS13.0 software for multiple comparison t-test analysis of variance and diversity of this mean. Results MA in acute poisoning rabbits PMR phenomenon exists, 0h ~ 48h within the effort after the death of the rabbits, peripheral blood the MA concentration within the liver tissue gradually varying degrees of elevated (P lt; 0.01), lung tissue concentrations first rose (P lt; 0.05), and then decrease the concentration within the urine mildly decreased (P lt; 0.05), changes in brain tissue concentrations smaller (P gt; 0.05), after the death of the late stage of early concentration obvious. 6h after MA merger ethanol rabbits died 48hMA in acute poisoning rabbits effort, liver tissue tended to increase (P lt; 0.05) significantly increased PMR phenomenon than when used alone MA. Conclusion 1. Established biological samples in MA SPME-GC-MS rapid extraction and detection methods. Postmortem redistribution phenomenon 2. Acute poisoning rabbit after death body fluids and tissues MA MA content with postmortem time extend Postmortem redistribution with varying degrees of change, small changes in the brain tissue concentration. To accurately determine the MA content in the body fluids and tissues of the death of the then drawn detection should be considered dead and then distribution factors.
