Abstract


The development of township enterprises in China, is China's national economy and social development, especially for changes in farmers' income has made a historic contribution. Caused by the development of township enterprises in rural areas of production factors Conversion, on the one hand to promote the adjustment of industrial structure in rural areas, boosting the transfer of rural surplus labor, on the other hand, with the increase of farmers 'non-farm employment opportunities, farmers' income multiplied and improve farmers' income and the realization of the demobilized traditional identity and status of the farmers also will be changed. However, in recent years, with the development of township enterprises face the changes of the external environment and internal growth mode, whether it is from the township enterprises to provide new employment opportunities for farmers to see or look to increase farmers' income, showed signs of weakening. This article is in this context, to study how to further develop township enterprises and increase farmers' income. The first part of the full text of Historical Survey of reform and opening up township enterprises since the farmers 'income and contribution to the development of the rural economy, come to the village and township enterprises is an important channel to absorb surplus rural labor force; major way to improve farmers' income; farmer identity, status change the main reason. We can know from the Historical Survey of township enterprises has a close relationship with the farmers' income. The second part is on the basis of historical investigation, and further with the internal relations of the theory empirical analysis of changes in township enterprises and farmers' income. The entire analysis process first start from the total income of the farmers, the analysis since the reform and opening up, the non-farm income is growing rapidly; Second, from the point of view of revenue with incremental structure analysis, the non-agricultural income of farmers' income has become main and the growth of farmers' income largely depends on the growth of non-agricultural income; Third, from the point of view of the industrial structure and employment structure to further confirm the conclusions drawn above. Township enterprises is analyzed from the point of view of the employment elasticity to the absorptive capacity of the labor force according to township enterprises fixed assets at cost workers' employment history information, and can be seen that the decline in employment elasticity of the township enterprises in recent years, for reasons later analysis to provide a factual basis. Fifth, further analysis of capital accumulation and innovation of township enterprises absorb for labor fee - pull model. Finally, the analysis, West, East, three belts farmers' income differences and reasons. The third part of the research status and causes changes in the development of township enterprises and farmers' income. The fourth part is based on the contents of the above analysis, the proposed general idea should be based on the towns into the main line, the advance of urbanization and the development of township enterprises combine, so as to contribute to the further improvement of farmers' income. Then propose specific policy on the basis of the general idea.
