Abstract

Objective: Juvenile endurance athletes as subjects , observed under laboratory conditions , the exercise intensity EICF impact and successively repeat the movement of EICF accumulation effect . Methods: 13 subjects for two juvenile male middle-distance athletes . The experiment requires subjects to acute exercise four times , including an incremental load treadmill exercise test (GXT) , and three times 45min constant run sprint stage movement . The GXT 's main purpose is to determine individualized exercise intensity is relatively consistent with the subsequent three sports . Constant intensity exercise ( I ) for the individual 80% ventilatory anaerobic threshold intensity for the first time . An interval of at least four days after the First Crusade , second (Ⅱ -1) and third (Ⅱ -2) constant intensity exercise , exercise intensity for the individual 100% ventilatory anaerobic threshold intensity , Ⅱ -1 Ⅱ -2 interval of about 4h. Constant intensity treadmill exercise before and immediately after exercise using echocardiography instrument for the determination of cardiac function . Results: 1) compared to pre-exercise three times a constant intensity exercise left ventricular systolic function were significantly decreased stroke amount ( SV ) , ejection fraction (EF) and left ventricular fractional shortening (FS) decreased and after the first high- intensity exercise , reflecting the global left ventricular diastolic function of the left ventricular early and late filling peak velocity ratio (E: A) was also significantly decreased ; 2 ) found ⅰ and Ⅱ -1 twice the strength of different sports , paired t test the two campaigns respectively statistics (II -1 ) in the high - intensity exercise after exercise than before exercise E : A decline and elevated left ventricular meridian wall stress (LVMWS) has a statistically significant . For low-intensity sports ( I ) , these two indicators did not significantly different; 3) further motion data twice the entire combined use of two repeated measure two-way ANOVA statistics found that exercise intensity and have been repeated twice movement, no significant effect on heart function . Conclusions : 1 ) stress level analog juvenile athletes daily training movement exercise testing program can lead to the young athletes produce EICF . Not render prompt , Juvenile endurance athletes in the day-to-day training process may often appear EICF ; 2 ) phase for the low-intensity endurance exercise , high-intensity endurance exercise young athletes tend to make EICF severity ; 3) A juvenile athletes have been repeated twice movement the cumulative effect of a further decline in left ventricular function .
