Objective: To identify TCRγ gene rearrangement in the diagnosis of mycosis fungoides significance of specific applications, TCRγ and IgH gene rearrangement explore the mushroom-like the granuloma and vice psoriasis occur between the development of related research, research TCRγ and IgH gene rearrangement in the importance of joint application in the differential diagnosis of the clinical diagnosis, and to explore the significance TCRγ and IgH gene rearrangement in T lymphocytes the infiltration pro epidermal disease diagnosis. Methods: Using immunohistochemical methods to filter out 17 cases of T lymphocytes histopathologic diagnosis of mycosis fungoides, suspected 32 cases, 10 cases of vice psoriasis and eczema, 10 cases of mycosis fungoides, and then use the phenol - chloroform mycosis fungoides screening of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital, Department of Dermatology, collected by the group, suspected mycosis fungoides, Vice psoriasis and eczema, paraffin-embedded tissue for DNA extraction and polymerase chain PCR amplified mycosis fungoides, suspected mycosis fungoides, vice psoriasis and eczema gene fragment. Results: (1) confirmed 17 cases of mycosis fungoides in nine cases TCRγ gene rearrangement is positive, the positive rate was 52.94%; five cases IgH gene rearrangement positive, the positive rate was 29.41%; (2) suspected of 32 two cases of patients with mycosis fungoides TCRγ gene rearrangement was positive, the positive rate was 6.25%; 14 cases IgH gene rearrangement positive, the positive rate was 43.75%; (3) 10 cases, deputy psoriasis TCRγ gene rearrangement All the was negative; 4 cases IgH gene rearrangement positive, the positive rate was 40%. (4) 10 cases of eczema TCRγ gene rearrangement and IgH gene rearrangements were negative. Conclusion: (1) 17 patients with histopathologic diagnosis of mycosis fungoides TCR gene rearrangement positive in 9 cases, the positive rate was 52.94%, TCR and IgH gene rearrangements can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of suspected mycosis fungoides and differential diagnosis of a malignant lymphoma, and follow-up of some significance. (2) 32 patients with suspected mycosis fungoides two cases of TCR gene rearrangement positive, the positive rate was 6.25%, 14 patients had the IgH positive gene rearrangement, can be used for the diagnosis and identified from suspected malignant lymphoma, follow-up is more important. 4 cases (3) Vice psoriasis IgH gene rearrangement positive, such results may experiment in cross-contamination, Vice psoriasis may be associated with malignant lymphoma of the skin in the development of the process there is no obvious correlation The follow-up to this important value. (4) can be used as an important means to identify benign disease and malignant lymphoma gene rearrangement, provides some basis in patients with early diagnosis, early treatment and prevention of recurrence, thereby improving the quality of life of patients and important theoretical and practical significance.
