Abstract


Thre paper aims to solve the fuel-oil providing problrns that have alve always restricted the development of economy of Dalian City as China. By expounding the importance of oil fuel-oil in the development of national economy, it makes deep in- vestingon and research of intemational oil and fuel-oil conditions on all sides as provdes-and-needs, conditions prices, industrial policies and their affects on the rel- evant companies of Dalian City. It suggets the irrelevant policies on fuel-oil supports of Dalian City and China by means of theoretical analysis, so as to rationalizes the industrial, energetic, and productive strustures of the enterprises of Dalian City.
