Abstract


The short tennis70’s of the last century, was born in Sweden, introduced into China in1993,2000, Ministry of education will be the first two items into nine year compulsory education syllabus of PE in. Since then, short network officially entered China primary school sports classroom. At the same time, at all levels of education departments and schools related to the leadership of short network in primary school to begin to pay more attention to:in2000July, net short as "Sunshine Sports" one of projects in the majority of primary school to carry out;2008March, the Ministry of education in nine year compulsory education setting short net class; in April the same year, the Chinese society of education the two into the" eleven five" planning issues in scientific research; in June the same year, the Beijing City Board of education will be short in campus sports elective courses, and school physical education teachers "Campus Tennis Coach Training class". At present, the national primary school physical education teaching contents exists generally athletics, adult adverse phenomenon, and more traditional project, lack of innovation, not conducive to arouse students’ learning interest in sports. Short network as a new sport into the primary school classroom, will not only improve the PE classroom teaching modes, but also enrich the teaching contents and the active classroom atmosphere, in the primary school in short is a good plan.This article uses the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis method investigation of Dalian City primary school net short development present situation, the project feasibility analysis and verification. Study of Dalian City primary school in short, good external environment:(1) a good tennis atmosphere (2) the rapid development of the economy (3) the development of school-based curriculum; at the same time also has the very good internal environment:(1) course reform momentum (2) teachers and students of the busbar support (3) good field resource (4) a strong force of teachers. But it also exposed some questions:(1) related to the leadership of the lack of sufficient attention to short (2) and the lack of short net understanding (3) sports funding is not sufficient. Aiming at the present situation problems and good internal and external environment can enhance the space to put forward some countermeasures:(1) improve the short tennis on campus visibility (2) will feature short tennis, school sports development and (3) strengthen the short tennis teachers team building and training (4strengthen the sports funds support). Aiming at the sport in Dalian City primary school successfully to provide certain theory basis, but also for other areas in China’s primary and secondary schools to provide the valuable theory reference.
