Abstract


As broadband users rapidly rising demand for video class business, broadcasting and television operators and telecom operators as well as a variety of institutions with deepen industrial background have used their inherent advantages one after another, began to large-scale get involved in internet protocol television market, the internet protocol television business potential interests growth and the its influence of impetus on digital TV has been gradually revealed.This article take the JSBC (Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation) as research object, discusses the traditional media to carry out the Internet protocol television business feasibility. Paper firstly introduces the selected topic background and research significance, research status at domestic and abroad, and the research thought and basic framework, etc. And then analyzing the present situation and problems of Internet protocol television business at domestic and abroad, introduces the basic situation of the business, as well as the possible problems may meet; And based on this, put forward JSBC (Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation) to carry out internet protocol television business detailed proposals. And from the aspects such as technical support, financial analysis and human conditions to analyze the feasibility of the proposal, this is the focus of this paper to investigate.This article is based on the real understanding of national policy and comprehensive control of market status, on the basis of extensive research, in-depth analysis, to analyze the feasibility of Internet protocol television project, through the project management theory bring to the enterprise important social effect and huge economic benefits, improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
