Abstract


Background Chronic nose - Sinusitis is one of the most common diseases in otorhinolaryngology. It is characterized by the inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose and paranasal sinuses, duration of symptoms in more than 12 weeks. About 31 million people plagued by disease in the United States each year; There is evidence that there is a rising trend in chronic nose - the incidence of sinusitis. According to the characteristics of the runny nose, stuffy nose, headache and other symptoms, Chinese medicine will be classified as \Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (functional endoscopic sinussurgery, FESS) is the treatment of chronic nasal - commonly used treatment for sinusitis.
