Abstract


Dalian Northern Liang Co., Ltd. as large state-owned grain circulation enterprises, after eight years of organizing and construction was completed in late 2000 formally put into production . Company is currently being used by the construction period into operation period , the company's development strategy is also the task of the conversion as the company has undergone major changes , the need to develop a new strategy to promote the company's further development . This paper describes an overview of Dalian Northern start with good company , in -depth research and extensive collection of information , based on the analysis of the company hinterland economic development situation , the surrounding harbor a comprehensive evaluation , the use of statistics, regression , time series, exponential model methods such as grain, fertilizer traffic was predicted, in order to identify the company's development strengths, opportunities and challenges and competition , a new situation and implementation of the company's development strategy for the development of strategic steps and measures .
