Abstract


WTO Agreement ( hereinafter referred to as the WTO Agreement ) in the presence of a large number of international investment norms, these investments are included in the specification refers to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in a package deal , with the promotion and protection of the meaning of the provisions of international investment . Reflected in its core \The impact of measures relating to the management of foreign capital entered the country to international trade and international investment is huge , so more and more governments and relevant parties concerned . China joined the WTO, the WTO system impact study on China 's foreign investment legislation has a very important practical significance . This paper describes the basis of the new situation of China's foreign investment law to deal with the implementation of the standards of treatment of foreign investment on the analysis in the framework of the reform of the WTO entry of foreign capital and foreign operating system and improvement of the problem , and then reconstruct the system of Chinese foreign investment legislation and other issues compared the system , in-depth feasibility studies, proposed to build a scientific and rational system of China 's foreign investment legislation under the WTO Agreement on legal countermeasures .
