Abstract


As the economic cooperation of Northeast Asia develop thoroughly, labor service cooperation has become inexorable trend. The labor service cooperation in Sino-Russia relation is one of important content of the economic cooperation between China and Russia, it has a huge potential and operation significance to develop labor service cooperation for both country, it is crucial aspects to give full play to exert the synergistic benefits of both country, it will make huge contribution to economic development of both country. Following the political connections between China and Russia is developing with a steady pace, the scale of labor service cooperation will be unceasing expansion , the standard will keep raising. But there are several new requirements and problems of labor service cooperation after the international crisis break out, both countries should pay more attention on common effort to get over the negative impact from the international crisis which will boost the labor service cooperation between China and Russia to a new high.
