Abstract


Equality and efficiency is the two major principles for harmonious society, the coordination and harmony of both is a realistic target of human society development. The Unified of Relationship for equality and efficiency is the primary problem for building a harmonious society. With chinese socialist market economy has improved step by step, while the residents living standards have improved , the gap between rich and poor showed a growing trend. The pepole pay more attention to it. As the five major categories of social security system - also one of the most important pension insurance system, also exsit problem In this respect. Social security system is the "vibration damper" and "stabilizer"of the social development, however, pension insurance system is the most important of others, the disharmony for relationship of equality and efficiency have already harmful to social long-term stability and prosperity of developing countries.This text from the perspective of equality and efficiency to read, take the chinese town pension insurance system for research objects, through researching and analysising of the pension insurance system for employees and pension insurance system for authority, we propose system improvision proposal on the basis of the pattern of pension insurance system on board ,certaining reform achievements , find out the problem exsit in chinese pension insurance system, and facing the challenge, look forward to early establishing unified equality and efficiency pension insurance system.
