Abstract


This paper analyzes the impact and challenges in the information age , the rapid development of the IT network technology to bring traditional manufacturing and the proposed manufacturing information is the only way for the development of the manufacturing industry . The product design is the soul of the manufacturing sector , innovation is the soul of the product design . In the context of manufacturing information , the paper select the entry point of a network - based product design as the Manufacturing Information . Focus on the key technologies of innovative design theory and network CAD technology , network database technology , collaborative design technology developed on the basis of the \Given the overall framework of the system , the basic function modules , web-based CAD platform , a complete set of effective technical solutions based on the design of the network resource platform and collaborative design and successful implementation of the various functional modules coordinated, stable and safe operation .
