Abstract


Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the antidiarrheal Umbilical treatment alpine rotavirus enteritis . Chinese medicine treatment of small rotavirus enteritis provide a valid prescription . Methods : randomized clinical observation of 60 cases of alpine children with rotavirus enteritis in children , patients were divided into a treatment group, 30 cases in the control group of 30 patients . The treatment group received oral Boleyn , while the use of traditional Chinese medicine antidiarrheal Umbilicus , the control group was given oral Boleyn , for 3 days . The total effect of the treatment were observed , TCM symptoms and improve the situation and diarrhea time . Results: The results showed that : comprehensive therapeutic effect in the treatment group total efficiency of 90% of the control group, the total effective rate was 76.67 % ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; the TCM syndromes comparison , the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and the control group efficiency of 80.0 % ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; and children with diarrhea time of the treatment group compared with the control group shorten . Conclusion: the antidiarrheal Umbilical treatment the alpine pediatric clinical efficacy of rotavirus enteritis significant , especially in improving the TCM symptoms and shorten the course of the disease has a significant advantage .
