Objective To investigate the impact of early intervention on intelligence, temperament and physical development of high-risk children. Objects and methods The object of the present study was set up: (1) high-risk intervention group: 55 high-risk children; ② high-risk control group: 60 children; (3) healthy control group (no risk factors for children): 55 children. Mainly related to high-risk factors include: premature birth, low birth weight, asphyxia, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial hemorrhage. Distribution of the cultural level of the three groups of parents of children, occupation, family income, child age structure, similar to the gender composition of the Child, intervention and non-intervention group of high-risk children the distribution of risk factors similar (P> 0.05), comparable . Methods experimental studies, will be included in the study criteria of high-risk children by sex, risk factors between the groups distribution to match the establishment of a high-risk intervention group and high-risk control group; ratio factors by gender, selected age of considerable children of the risk factors for the healthy control group. High-risk intervention group system management, regular follow-up, neuropsychological development of monitoring and evaluation of physical development, scientific feeding guidance, and guide parents to personalize early intervention; conventional height and weight measurements on high-risk control group and the healthy control group of children, evaluation of physical development and feeding guidance. Three groups of children were followed up to 1 year old infant intellectual development checks (CDCC) intellectual development and motor development evaluation, using the the Carey children's temperament questionnaire for temperament assessment, and height and weight measurements and physical development index rank evaluation of early intervention on intelligence, temperament and physical development of high-risk children. 1 follow-up, for various reasons (lost to follow-cause analysis see papers Results section) high-risk intervention group lost to follow-5, the high-risk control group lost 11 people, the healthy control group lost 4, the group lost rate of 18.5%. Follow-up to 1 year old: high-risk intervention group of 50 high-risk control group of 49 healthy control group of 51 people. Distribution of the cultural level of the three groups of parents of children, occupation, family income, child age structure, similar to the gender composition of the Child, intervention and non-intervention group of high-risk children the distribution of risk factors similar (P> 0.05), comparable . (2) high-risk intervention group children's intellectual development index (MDI) and motor development index (PDI) were higher than the high-risk control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01); MDI and PDI of high-risk intervention group children with the healthy control group, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Children in high-risk control group MDI and PDI with the healthy control group, significant differences (P <0.05), it is stated that the importance and necessity of early intervention for high-risk children. High-risk intervention group children were not mental retardation, high-risk control group and the healthy control group children have different proportions of the occurrence of mental retardation. Three groups of children temperament type distribution was no significant difference (P> 0.05), type of temperament \Temperament dimensions, the intervention group and non-intervention group, two groups of children only in the \of early intervention on high-risk child temperament dimension \High-risk children and healthy children temperament factor scores were compared, the difference was significant (P <0.05), grouped by gender and then compare the three dimensions of the levels of activity, avoidance, and persistence, with similar results, suggesting that risk factors The impact on the level of children's temperament may be manifested in the levels of activity, avoidance, persistence \High-risk intervention group children Height, Weight and level with high-risk control group had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The results showed that the children of non-intervention group, the incidence of severe malnutrition (18.37%) was significantly higher than the intervention group (4.00%), indicating that the management of high-risk children and early intervention can reduce the incidence of malnutrition. Conclusion, early intervention for high-risk children intellectual development and sports development has significantly promoting effect, reduce the occurrence of cerebral palsy, mental retardation and malnutrition and other diseases. 2 risk factors to some extent, temperament characteristics of high-risk children and psychological and behavioral development have a negative impact.
