Abstract


Along with the development of control, computer, communication, network etc, Many idea for management of enterprises is gradually infiltrating to The Computer Integrated Manufacturing System. It should cause the comprehensive applying for the Computer Integrated Manufacturing System.In the new monitor system, The Computer Integrated Manufacturing System can be made up of stratified central control. By dint of the technique of computer communication and net, the new monitor system can carry out the management in the up-computer , and real-time control function in the down-PLC. The system mostly including: Peer-to-Peer Bus LAN, Peer Link System, Hypogynous Link System, Asynchronous Communication Adapter.The control system’ s monitor software can be opened up with MCGS SCADA software. Before empoldered, the necessary ActiveX controls must be customized. In the process of control system’ s monitor software realized, we used four MCGS SCADA Windows. It is made up of Device windows, Real-Time databank windows, Users windows and Main control Windows.
