Purpose: the purpose of this topic is from the aspects of theory, clinical observation of jianwei xiaoshi party to accord with standard of spleen qi syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of infantile anorexia effect, and to determine TCM curative effect in the treatment of infantile anorexia spleen and stomach deficiency type. Method: this topic collection of infantile anorexia accord with 60 cases of spleen and stomach deficiency type of traditional Chinese medicine, randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group 32 cases with jianwei xiaoshi party gives Chinese medicine internal medicine treatment, control group 28 cases for white mountain xiaoshi mixture treatment, medication before the detailed records of the patient's symptoms and signs integral, then for 14 days respectively, recorded with signs and symptoms improve the situation, after the observation, statistics processing to the quantitative indexes. Results: in the aspect of main symptoms and signs of improvement, and total effective rate in treatment group were better than control group, with statistical significance.
