Abstract


Objective: To observe Western medicine links treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome and Western medicine treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome clinical efficacy and children with quality of life , and on the basis of observation to make an objective evaluation to guide clinical treatment . Method: The papers collected 60 cases of parameters important laboratory tests , clinical symptom scores and nephrotic syndrome in children in Quality of Life Questionnaire score as an indicator , treatment programs as a link to the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group as a control group to Western medicine treatment options itself back and forth between the control group and treatment group control . Observation to determine link treatment of Chinese and Western medicine and Western medicine treatment of clinical efficacy and quality of life in children with nephrotic syndrome in children , then statistically , to make an objective evaluation , to provide a reference for the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome . Results : ( 1 ) disease efficacy : treatment group healed total efficiency of 90 % , the total efficiency of the control group was 83.33% , the two groups was statistically significant ( p lt; 0.05 ) . ( 2) before treatment and after treatment, compared with the treatment group and the control group, the main symptoms have improved scores were reduced p lt ; 0.05 are significant differences ; treatment in both groups . The treatment group and the control group after treatment improve edema , proteinuria , hematuria , serum albumin , cholesterol p- lt ; 0.05, significant difference ; treatment and control groups to improve the edema , treatment of proteinuria, hematuria , plasma albumin , cholesterol treatment group was significantly better than the control group . ( 3 ) before and after treatment , both groups improved physiological aspects and life , there were significant differences ( p lt; 0.05 ) , the treatment group and the control group in improving parents live after treatment , there were significant differences (p lt; 0.05), prompted linked group of Chinese and Western medicine and Western medicine group a significant difference in improving children with nephrotic syndrome of the quality of life of children , and link groups of Chinese and Western medicine is better than Western medicine group . Conclusion: TCM link the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome efficacy superior to simple treatment group . Chinese and Western Medicine links the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome in children with quality of life is better than a purely Western medicine treatment groups , Chinese and Western Medicine links the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome advantage with clinical significance .
