Research and development of two new thermosetting polymer matrix composite coatings (hereinafter referred to as composite coatings) and orthogonal experiment method to determine the best components of the composite coatings and their microstructure, corrosion, tribological properties studied . Through the worn surface morphology observed by scanning electron microscopy analysis of composite coating of wear mechanisms. Hydroxyl acrylic, polyamide modified organic silicon and oxy composite coatings performance. When the content of the matrix resin is 20 ~ 30wt%, the best performance of the composite coating layers; reinforcing body is a major factor affecting the properties of the coating of composite coatings; to form a single uniform, continuous structure is the best organizational structure; organosilicon based composite coating of has excellent acid properties; oxy composite coating has excellent acid resistance and good alkali resistance. Sandblasting type experimental device to test with airflow hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin modified organic silicon compound paints and coatings, erosion resistance. The ratio of the resin, the resin content of the coating layer, and enhance the type of body, erosion and the velocity of the particles (corundum, silica and calcite powder), the erosion angle and the erosion time (the amount of erosion particles to shown) the influence of other factors on the erosion rate of the coating. For the first time found that the: ① The SiC reinforced composite coating of a resin content of the 25wt%, with the best erosion resistance: Al 2 O 3 reinforced composite coating layer, a resin content of 40wt%, with the optimum erosion resistance; ② The SiC reinforced coatings, silicone resin and acrylic resin in a ratio of 3:1 when the erosion resistance better than a 1:1 complex paint coatings ; ③ Al 2 O 3 reinforcement tendency to make the coating brittle than compound paints and coatings for enhanced body coating of SiC, SiC reinforcement rushed The erosion rate occur at 30 ° Al 2 the O 3 reinforced composite coating of maximum erosion rate between 75 ° ~ 90 °; ④ low speed erosion The wear mechanism of elastic deformation and fatigue; erosion wear mechanism is mainly high-speed micro-cutting and micro-plowing. First using homemade analog tank slurry erosion testing machine erosive wear properties of the epoxy-based composite coating slurry were studied, design the best composition of the matrix by adjusting the mass ratio of the polyamide with an epoxy curing agent; Although the pencil hardness of the coating have a certain impact, but its anti-erosion performance factors play a decisive role in organic combination of toughness and hardness of the coating. With increasing slurry concentration, erosion strengthen the interaction between particles resulting in erosion rate rendering the two stages of the change, when the slurry concentration exceeds 12wt%, the slurry concentration on the rate of erosion of the coating decreased (from FIG. Show i.e. the slope of the curve is reduced); to describe erosion process when the unit mass erosion particle characterization erosion efficiency and slurry concentration, the the the erosion efficiency erosion particles in the slurry concentration is 12%, there is maxima. SEM analysis of the coating shows that in addition to the erosion particles in the furrows role of the surface of the coating, the result of erosion wear caused to the surface of the coating to generate a series of pinholes, wherein the part of the solvent is volatilized Suozhi also exist by The enhanced coating flaking particles peel and crack propagation caused the holes, which may be water absorption and diffusion, favorable conditions for the composite coating subsurface internal stress. MM200 wear tester using an improved composite coating of dry sliding wear test, the first time the PV value of the coefficient of sliding friction and wear rate under test conditions: with increasing wear away, the composite coating the layer sliding wear can be divided into three stages: the running-in period, stability, wear, and accelerated wear period, due to wear more dramatic, the organic silicon compound coating steady-state wear shorter period. By SEM observation worn surface morphology of the composite coating of March 2002, Zhejiang University, a master's degree thesis Wong Chi Abstract discovered: with load increase, there are changes from mild wear to severe wear organic silicon compound paints and coatings. With increasing load, the wear dominant reason adhesion and controlled by the elastic deformation into plastic deformation accumulation control severe adhesive wear mild adhesive wear. Accumulation of plastic deformation in the subsurface micro-cracks, micro-crack growth and penetration into the surface, forming debris, causing severe wear.
