Abstract


Objective To analyze the Henan Health Ⅷ Project intervention areas of maternal and child health, and differences in the levels of maternal and child health research project counties and control counties, and evaluate the effect of Health Ⅷ Project implementation, analysis of the various factors affect the project, the county level of maternal and child health. Households face-to-face asked to fill out the questionnaire survey methodology and in-depth personal interviews, the use of general descriptive statistical analysis, χ ~ 2 test, and logistic regression analysis. Antenatal care utilization before the (prenatal examination rate, pregnancy check rate more than five times the early detection rate for check) xixian (Integrated project counties) and Yiyang the (general project County) higher than Huaibin (blank control County). Maternal hospital delivery rate of interest-County (81.40%), and Yiyang (75.84%), higher than Huaibin (40.52%); hospital deliveries, interest-county and Yiyang in township hospitals. Conclusion 1. Prenatal care and hospital delivery location of the project counties are mainly concentrated in the township hospitals, the overall project interventions to improve the supply-side to provide the level of maternal and child health services. Project intervention to improve the level of utilization of maternal and child health services, Health Ⅷ Project maternal and child health intervention to improve maternal health care in poor rural areas of knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of maternal health care medical treatment has been greatly The biggest play of the rationalization of medical decision-making \3 project interventions to improve the management level of the management of maternal and child health services. Influencing factors of maternal health care project counties: younger women and her husband, the stronger sense of maternal health care, higher utilization of maternal health care; while speeding traffic and road construction, so that farmers can be more convenient and shortcut to reach the nearest health institutions, the feasibility of the increased use of primary health care.
