Abstract

This project is Yunnan Province Natural Science Foundation project, Item Number 2000B0023M. In this paper, phosphorus cause eutrophication, assay processing, the development of new efficient Dephosphorization adsorbent, in order to achieve the industrial wastewater and domestic sewage phosphorus in zero-emission, providing a practical way for wastewater phosphorus removal. The paper main research contents: (1) rare earth oxides loaded carrier zeolite (4A), prepared by high-temperature roasting method efficient Dephosphorization adsorbent and discussed theoretically rare earth adsorbent Dephosphorization mechanism; ( 2) to study the impact on rare earth adsorbent Dephosphorization performance of the preparation process and the preparation conditions and the impact on the the carrier chemical composition and physical structure; (3) examines the impregnating solution concentration, pH, immersion time, calcination temperature, calcination time dephosphorization rate and adsorption capacity and orthogonal experiment the optimal preparation conditions of the rare earth adsorbent; (4) the use of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and other methods observed chemical processing and heat treatment on the carrier ; (5) the development of rare earth adsorbent suitable the dephosphorization conditions experiments and desorption experiments, measured adsorption isotherms and breakthrough curves, the adsorption model and the dephosphorization mechanism were discussed; (6). adsorbent samples of phosphate fertilizer plant in water samples and sewage water treatment, and adsorbent to remove ammonia, fluoride, arsenic ions (III) were studied. The research results show that: the optimum preparation conditions of the rare earth adsorbent is lanthanum ion concentration of 0.35% solution of pH value was adjusted to 10, 1:50 (ratio of solid to liquid) dosing the zeolite impregnated 16h, the filter cake was dried calcined at 500 ° C under 1h. The dephosphorization Suitable developed rare earth adsorbent suitable for the treatment of weakly acidic wastewater, the phosphorus concentration of 50mg / L, the pH value of a solution of 3 to 6, the adsorbent dosage amount when 3g / L, phosphorus removal rate can reach 99%, the effluent pH value between 6 and 9, the equilibrium adsorption capacity of the adsorbent of the rare earth 22.41mg / g, the dynamic adsorption capacity of 4.39mg / g. The development of rare earth adsorbent of water, ammonia, fluoride, arsenic ions (III) have good removal. The rare earth adsorbent treatment of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, phosphorus concentration less than 0.5 mg / L, pH value in the range of 6 to 9, to achieve a standard of \Coagulation method with the traditional chemical phosphorus removal and biological phosphorus removal, the adsorption process is simple, efficient and economical advantages.
