Abstract

Aloe vera contains over 100 kinds of pharmacological activity and biological activity of chemical ingredients , aloe-emodin is the main chemical constituents of aloe . This paper compares the GD- 3 and GD -4 GD-10 three kinds of adsorption resin separation aloe extract and determine the GD-10 macroporous adsorption resin as the stationary phase gradient concentrations of ethanol solution as a mobile phase of low pressure column chromatographic separation mode . Determined by experiments that the speed of the separation conditions for the loading 2.0ml/min, the sample concentration of 5.0 g / l , preparative chromatography , elution rate of 2.0ml/min , analytical chromatographic elution rate < 1.0ml/min . GD-10 resin adsorption capacity was measured using the dynamic adsorption method , the adsorption capacity of 1120mg / g, the adsorption rate was 80% , the regeneration rate was 92.7% , repeated 20 times , there are still good adsorption performance . Using the above separation conditions , repeatedly isolated and purified from the aloe extract , aloe-emodin , and were characterized by UV - visible spectroscopy , infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to its . Preferably ultrasonic multiple extraction method extracted from the aloe vera in the aloe emodin crude extraction conditions with 60% ethanol solution as the solvent .
