Abstract


Water and n-hexane as a medium , and investigated the boiling heat transfer performance in the vertical cylindrical annulus heated air into the inner tube . The effects of the annulus pass into the air and blocked air boiling heat transfer situation . The results show that , through air boiling heat transfer within the annulus can be significantly enhanced , and the humidity of the air heat transfer enhancement , enhanced heat transfer caused by the humidity of air is more significant . Disturbance enhance and interfacial vaporization heat sink effect \In addition, through the air on boiling heat transfer enhancement with superficial gas velocity of the air . Under a constant heat flux density , air apparent velocity is smaller , the ventilation enhancing effect on the heat transfer increases with increasing gas velocity , when the gas velocity is increased to a certain value , a further increase of the gas velocity causes ventilatory reduce heat transfer enhancement . In this paper, the flow patterns change analysis point of view of this phenomenon . Experimental results also show that the pass into the air on the liquid when the temperature below the boiling point of the convective heat transfer also enhance the role, and this enhanced more significant role than the boiling heat transfer enhancement . Analysis of this enhancement , you can pass into the air instead of the perturbation of the convective heat transfer system can be enhanced , and interfacial vaporization heat sink \Enhanced boiling heat transfer method in order to explore this ventilation fever microelectronic components cooling feasibility of n-hexane as a boiling medium , through the air on the wall when the boiling heat transfer and boiling starting too warm red the impact .
