Abstract


Land demand forecast for the preparatory work of the overall land use planning . Determine the evaluation principles with the Department of land resource evaluation and system based on the natural land type map and land use map overlay approach land ecological type unit , choose a different evaluation of the different land use types factor. And using the empirical method to determine the weight of each factor . Then specific land suitability rating the Land Utilization ratings and unused . Land production potential and land carrying capacity , land demand and supply overall control model to select the optimal solution from the perspective of economic, social and ecological benefits .
