The technique of mining and supporting for the fully mechanized Top Coal Caving Face is very concerned problem in our country and the world. Research has been in progress round the technology difficult problem that mines in the thick coal seam of extremely soft rock and easy self-ignition of TieFa coal industry group by this thesis.1. According to the characteristic that easy self-ignition and thick coal seam of Xiaokang mine, the author has put forward to the method and his technology principle to reinforce to block up to prevent the laneway from being self-ignited.2. Aim at Composes and deposits condition and the self-ignition geology condition in the coal seam of XiaoKang mine, the author has defined the reasonable Putting down top-coal step and sequence and method etc, and has raised the stopping rate to the utmost.3. On the foundation of analyzing the physics mechanics quality and the mineral piece, so as the deforming and the destruction characteristic of the walk rock, the supporting parameter of the laneway has been defined reasonably. At the same time, and has selected the anchor pole supporting equipment etc, and has gained higher effect, and pledged safe production and the high yield high efficiency of this mine.
