In order to achieve the scientific management of of aviation materials procurement and inventory , in the analysis of the management status at home and abroad on the basis of the basic theory of supply chain management utilized to Air Materiel Management , to build the Air Materiel Management Supply Chain scientific method . According to the the aviation materials purchasing and inventory status quo , it is proposed to build the Air Materiel Management supply chain need to solve some problems , such as how to develop a model of the actual characteristics of the Air Material Science and order , how to build aviation materials supply chain management information systems to achieve information sharing , scientific assessment of the select Air Materiel suppliers and establish the proper relationship . In this paper, inventory theory , decision analysis , and other related theories , respectively, on these issues to make a quantitative and qualitative analysis , propose solutions , supplemented by examples of specific instructions .
