Abstract


Rail transport as the backbone of the national economy, after 50 years of development, has made remarkable progress made tremendous contributions to China's economic construction. However, it should be seen as a large-scale transport enterprises, inevitably there are various aspects. With the development of China's economy, these problems is becoming increasingly evident restricting the further development of the railway transportation industry. The information revolution of the 20th century began in the 1980s has a profound impact on our society, work, and all aspects of life. As one of the earliest application of computer technology to manage and control, the railway has been committed to efficient fully automated enterprise management. However, the application of information technology in the rail transport always remain at a relatively low level. Until recent years, with the further deepening of reform and opening up and China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the competitive pressures from the outside as well as to meet the needs of the international practice, the railway authorities take the initiative to speed up the pace of information technology, the introduction of ticket management system and network information system, great convenience to the rail users, to show the great potential of the computer network management and results. It should be said, the key to the transformation of the railway transport enterprises from a traditional to a modern third-party logistics enterprises is information. This article focuses on rail freight production the grassroots units - freight stations, combined with modern logistics theory to discuss the organizational structure of the freight station logistics, rail freight station freight bills flow structure has been redesigned as a basis for proposed freight yard of information technology as a freight station information management focus. In addition, taking into account the survival and development of railway transport depends on its customers, internal management and production in the final analysis services for external customers, customer center use of information technology to achieve e-commerce is an irreversible trend. In this paper, customer relationship management as the center the Chengdu East website has been redesigned. Commented logistics information technology to promote the development of the logistics industry in the world has played a pivotal role in management decisions, optimization and statistical analysis of D reliable guarantee; also greatly enhance the degree of automation of the job, reducing unnecessary intermediate links, reducing the overall logistics costs, brought about good social and economic benefits. Enterprise-wide application of computer network management and control will inevitably need to address the network security risks. Although security issues are not the core of the logistics information, but it is the indispensable protection.
