Nipple discharge is one of the main symptoms of breast disease , the clinical incidence of approximately 3 % -8 % , mostly due to benign and malignant lesions in the ductal due . On the intraductal lesions qualitative , positioning , range is more difficult , especially in the identification of benign and malignant clinical more difficult , traditional ultrasound , X-ray mammography , breast duct angiography , magnetic resonance imaging, cytology diagnosis rate lower further research is needed , apply duct endoscopy examination not only able to look directly into the intraductal lesions , but also to determine the lesion catheter and where the scope of the lobe , with high accuracy , early diagnosis reference . Objective To investigate the duct endoscopy in the diagnosis of disease of nipple discharge value approach to select patients for the study 40 patients with nipple discharge , all patients were female , age 24-74 years, mean age 47.7 years , 13 cases where bloody discharge , 25 cases of yellow discharge , white discharge , which six cases accompanied lumps . The patients underwent surgery , the results of the duct endoscopy with postoperative pathology , ultrasound results and postoperative pathology , and compare the accuracy of the two methods . The results of 40 patients with duct endoscopy for 30 cases of intraductal papilloma , ductal carcinoma in 4 cases , 6 cases of duct ectasia , pathological results of 27 cases of intraductal papilloma , ductal carcinoma in 4 cases , The duct ectasia four cases , the diagnosis rate of 87.5% . Conclusion 1 . Nipple discharge diseases intraductal papilloma common, followed by duct ectasia , again for ductal carcinoma in situ . Nipple discharge yellow discharge most common , followed by a bloody discharge . Nipple discharge diseases associated with mass intraductal papilloma . In the early diagnosis of the disease of the nipple discharge duct endoscopy able to directly observe the milk ducts with or without expansion , able to directly determine the lesion 's location , size , shape , color , surface , whether the bleeding and necrosis, and the milk ducts relationship its value better than ultrasound .
