Abstract


Objective To investigate the preoperative psychological intervention to reduce systemic anesthesia perioperative stress response and improve the effectiveness of the patients comfort . Methods 120 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group ( n = 60 ) and intervention group ( n = 60 ) ; preoperative control group underwent routine preoperative visit , the implementation of the intervention group psychological intervention , records self-Rating Anxiety scale ( SAS ) , the day preoperative state anxiety inquiry table ( S - AI ) score and vital signs including blood pressure ( BP ) , heart rate ( HR ) and pulse oximetry ( SpO2 ) ; vital signs into the operating room ; recovery from general anesthesia in patients with restless rating ; postoperative day state of anxiety asking table ( S - AI ) ratings Comfort score, and vital signs ; week after self-Rating Anxiety scale ( SAS ) The state Anxiety ask the table ( S - AI ) score . Results There were state anxiety asked day table ( S - AI ) score before surgery no difference compared postoperative day intervention group was significantly lower than the control group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; systolic blood pressure ( SBP ) the day before surgery no difference , into the operating room intervention group was significantly lower than the control group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; anesthesia emergence agitation score in the intervention group than the control group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; The postoperative day comfort ratings intervention group than in the control group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion Preoperative psychological intervention can be significantly reduced under general anesthesia for elective laparoscopic gallbladder resection patients state of anxiety , stress-induced cardiovascular reactions and restlessness , improve postoperative Comfort , conducive to stable patients spend around operative period .
