Abstract


On the basis of the consideration of the development history of governmental supervision in construction project quality the thesis discourses of the object, the property and the operating mode of governmental supervision in construction project quality.This thesis uses foreign advanced experience in this respect for reference and put forward some proposals.From both macroscopic view and microscopic view it discourses of governmental supervision and management in construction project quality, then it comes up with the view of intensifying quality monitoring in overall process of construction project.The thesis expounds the relation between governmental supervision in construction project quality and correlated systems of construction management.On the basis of the consideration of the principles in setting up organizational framework this thesis devises the organizational framework of the government cognizant agency in construction project quality of Qingdao.This thesis also makes a study on the duty and assumption of governmental supervision in construction project quality, on the developing trend of governmental supervision in construction project quality in market economy and so on.
