Abstract


Tetrazolium salt method ( MTT ) , alkaline phosphatase ( ALP ) activity of the quantitative determination of oil red O staining morphology and quantitative determination of alizarin red staining morphology and quantitative determination method different concentrations of rare earth ions ( Ce3 and Y3) on primary rat osteoblast proliferation, differentiation and mineralization of expression . The results show that the time of the determination of concentration and determination of rare earth ions Ce3 and Y3 have shown to promote osteoblast proliferation ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . The CE3 and Y3 is more consistent than the activity of alkaline phosphatase . When osteoblasts 24h irregular . Role 48h, showed inhibition of osteoblast differentiation . Role 72h, showed low concentrations of to promote high concentration suppression . Ce3 osteoblasts role 9d and 12d , most of the determination of the concentration of inhibition of osteoblast transdifferentiation to fat cells , the role of 15d other measured concentration in addition to the 1 × 10-8,1 × 10-7mol / L showed catalytic role. Y3 and osteoblasts 9d and 12d , the majority of concentration promote horizontal differentiation of osteoblasts , the role of 15d showed high concentrations promote low concentrations inhibited . The Ce3 Mineralization of the performance of a low concentration of inhibition of high concentration to promote the trend . Y3 concentration of 1 × 10-9,1 × 10-8,1 × 10-6mol / L inhibition of osteoblast mineralization , other measured concentrations promote the formation of mineralized nodules . The obtained results suggest that the rare-earth ions ( Ce3 , Y3 ) on cultured primary rat osteoblast proliferation , differentiation and mineralization of expression showed dose-and time - dependent characteristics , and rare earth species .
