Abstract

Polymeric surfactants and non-ionic surface active agent - oligomeric alkyl ethylene oxide structure of the templating agent , higher than the isoelectric point of the silicon under the conditions ( pH = 2-5 ) , using the prehydrolysis method , synthetic the mesoporous silica materials. Analysis of the synthesis of the mesoporous silica material , and that the acidity , the reaction temperature and other factors on the synthesized mesoporous material having an important role . SAXS , SEM and other testing methods were used to characterize the structure of the mesoporous silica materials . SAXS results showed that higher than the isoelectric point of the silicon conditions ( pH = 2-5 ) , the polymer surfactant templating agent , synthetic material of the mesoporous silica SBA- 15 . Do to the oligomeric state polyoxyethylene surfactant templating agent can be prepared highly ordered mesoporous molecular sieve . SEM results show that the particle morphology of the mesoporous silica material diversity , its shape and size and gradually increased with the degree of order gradually become regular . Salt conditions change according to the SEM images can also be seen at the same time the external morphology of the mesoporous materials .
