Abstract


Objective: To study acute edematous pancreatitis early enteral nutrition ( EN ) period of time and effectiveness. Methods : To analyze 40 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis patients . 20 cases as control group . 20 patients for the experimental group , admission 48h intrinsic X-ray or endoscopy under - jejunal feeding tube , gradual enteral nutrition , the rest of the treatment is the same as the control group . Within two weeks after treatment were compared amylase , serum albumin , changes in symptoms . Results : EN group blood, urine amylase no significant change plasma albumin has improved significantly , bloating relief , intensive care , hospital stay has shortened, reducing complications , decreased hospital costs . Conclusion: within 48 hours of early enteral nutrition is safe and effective application nasal feeding tube early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status of patients with SAP , to speed up the recovery of symptoms , shorten the course , reduce medical costs and hospitalization time .
