Abstract

In our country, the ammonia emissions from agricultural produce, much of it generated by the poultry industry. With the improvement of the intensification of the poultry industry, the environmental problems caused by the aquaculture industry and the contradiction between environmental protection will become increasingly acute. But caused a lot of nitrogen loss in the poultry industry management and production level, which is mainly in the form of ammonia emissions to the environment. The main product is also of the nitrogen metabolism of uric acid in both poultry excreta nitrogen mainly exists in the form; ammonia loss is caused by microbial enzyme degradation of uric acid and intermediate. The purpose of this study is to add the Lauraceae value EXTRACTS in broiler diets by fecal total nitrogen (TN), uric acid (UA), urea nitrogen (UN), ammonia nitrogen (AN) content, urease activity and serum total protein (TP), uric acid (SUA), blood urea nitrogen (SUN) content: intestinal contents uric acid (UA), urea nitrogen (UN) content, and growth performance, and to explore its nitrogen metabolism and excretion of ammonia escaping. Feeding trials Avian broiler as the object of study, a total of four treatment groups, three replicates per treatment, each repeated 30 feathered chicken. Rearing methods used by online rearing, feeding time is 42 days (6 weeks). Each group with the same level of nutrition corn - soybean meal basal diet, then Add 150mg/kgCTE additives, 250mg/kgCTE additives, 350mg/kgCTE additives, the control group supplemented with the appropriate amount of carrier. During the test, ad libitum, drinking water, and 24 hours of light. Deposit 0-21 days and 21-42 days of age, respectively acquisition broiler excreta samples measured urease activity, total nitrogen, uric acid, urea nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen changes; feeding trial ended, the entire flock weighed to calculate the growth performance ; each group choose a similar weight test chicken 12 Yu, of 48 feather blood collection, collection of intestinal contents in determination. In this experiment, the results show that the additives can be certain role in promoting the growth performance of broiler chickens. The growth performance of the best average at the end of the test group 350mg/kg weight, average daily gain of 17.85% (P <0.05) than the control group, respectively, and 21.18% (P <0.05); material weight Bibi were decreased by 7.54% (P <0.05); survival rate has improved, but did not reach a significant level. The urease activity of inhibition results show that the best 350mg/kg test group in the 21-42 days of age determination of urease activity inhibition rate was 23.5% (P <0.05), but not in 0-21 days of age, the effect of suppressing the activity of urease obvious. Excrement biochemical indicators results, total nitrogen, uric acid, urea and ammonia nitrogen concentration in 0h are reduced compared with the control group in the excretion of the test group. Uric acid is best test group 350mg/kg reduced uric acid content between 21 and 42 days of age 0h 0-21 Zhejiang Dissertation Master Bu-day-old 0h uric acid content lower than the control group by 7.83% (P gt; 0.05); a 40.7% (P lt; o.05). Urea nitrogen best 350mg/kg in the experimental group 0h of the content in the two phases are lower than the control group by 66.2% (P (0.05), 64.6% (0.05); P LT; the ammonia nitrogen oh content lower than the control group 25.8% (p lt; 0.05), 29.73% (p lt; 0.05). nitrogen removal from the test group 250mg/kg, compared with the control group in the total nitrogen content of the oh reduced 8.64% (P lt; 0.05). We found that: the excrement of total nitrogen, uric acid, urea nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen at different stages of time relative to the control group shedding slowed 24h 350mg the melon g test group uric acid than the control group and 24.8% (P lt ; 0.05), 48h, the urea nitrogen 350mg/kg experimental group than in the control group reduced 52.1% (P lt; 0.05), 43.24% (p lt; 0.05) in the ammonia nitrogen t 匕 control group; in 24h found in serum biochemical indicators, 350mg/kg test group total nitrogen than the control group dropped low 47% (P lt; 0.05).: the best 350mg/kg total protein test group increased 19.8% compared with the control group [ P lt; 0.05), uric acid and urea nitrogen than in the control group were reduced by 64.0% (P lt; 0.05), 25.8% (P lt; 0.05). Found in the intestinal contents biochemical indicators: the best 350mg/kg test group of uric acid and urea nitrogen than the control group were reduced by 41.3% (P lt; 0.05) and 35.24% (P lt; 0.05). Can be inferred from to BU test results can affect broiler diets to add C D F N metabolism, reduce fecal total nitrogen, uric acid, urea nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen emissions; wells Day 0 48: period of time significantly slowed the ammonia emissions; improved growth performance but also to a certain extent.
