Purpose: Discuss the influence of renal function , constitution form as well as apoptosis, when given not at the same time between and different Concentration p38MAPK peculiarness inhibitor SB203580 in the course of renal ischemic/reperfusion injury, thus to offer objective basis for clinical treatment renal ischemic/reperfusion injury.Method: 49 rat according to the different time of ischemic/reperfusion injury and medication, it is radom to divide into 7 groups, 7 each group of show according to orthogonal Latin side, by caudal vein inject identical milliliter number , different dosage of SB ,making it reach different density in mouse body. To evaluate the lesion degree of pathological section renal tubule and Interstitial; Survey BUN and Scr; Detecting condition apoptosis with TUNEL reagent.As a result: SB can significantly alleviate rat renal ischemic/reperfusion injury, by relieving the going up of BUN > Scr , Tissue damage and the apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial , but it existences the difference of model , dosage and medication occasio ( P < 0.05 ) . The better effect had been acquired when SB had been given 3 hours at before renal ischemic and the dosage is about 5(amol/L.Conclusion: SB can alleviate rat renal ischemic/reperfusion injury apparently, before former ischemic 3 hours given it, at the same time make its blood medicine density reach to about 5jimol/L.
