Abstract

The first part: The purpose of the antinociceptive effect of propofol on rats with visceral pain observation the propofol impact on the behavior of chemical visceral pain rats and its duration. Rat writhing induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid as an experimental model of visceral pain. 50 male SD rats were randomly divided into fat emulsion 1ml/kg group, propofol 5mg/kg group, propofol 10mg/kg group, propofol 20mg/kg group, thiopental 5mg/kg group. Injection as soon as placed in a glass observation box, counting the number of writhing within 30 minutes. After the results in rats by intraperitoneal injection of 2% acetic acid 3ml/kg are writhing fat emulsion group writhing within 30 minutes was 24.1 ± 5.7; propofol 10mg/kg and 20mg/kg intraperitoneal injection within 30 minutes after writhing in rats were 16.7 ± 2.9,10.8 ± 4.6, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01) compared with the fat emulsion group difference statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01); sulfur spray duly sodium 5mg/kg intraperitoneal injection of rats within 30 minutes of writhing to 31.6 ± 5.0, and the fat emulsion Group and propofol 10mg/kg group (P <0.01). Conclusion Mild sleep dose of propofol suppressed in a dose-dependent manner by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid to rat visceral noxious stimulation due to feelings, with a duration of 20 minutes; equivalent dose of thiopental hyperalgesia; propofol visceral pain analgesic effect is independent of the solvent used. Part II: the establishment of the the rat colorectal expansion model and Behavior Evaluation Objective To evaluate the abdominal wall to withdrawal reflex ratings for the reliability of the evaluation the rat colorectal expansion model behavioral responses. Method rat anus to insert expansion airbags, gas injection expansion colorectal establish an animal model of acute visceral pain. Behavioral responses using abdominal wall appears withdrawal reflex (AWR) rating assessment by noxious stimulation in rats strength and minimum pressure values ??caused by the rats abdominal wall flattened significantly shrink as the pain threshold. Results the rat colorectal expanded 100% abdominal wall withdrawal reflex, the expansion pressure is higher, the higher its rating, the AWR rating the expansion pressure 15,25,40,60 mmHg generated compared to each other, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05 ); expansion for the first time the pain threshold is higher, three times expansion stable, the average pain threshold was 27.68 ± 2.59 mmHg, 5 Tian, ??10 days after the repeat expansion was no significant change in pain threshold; morphine subcutaneous injection of a dose-dependent increase large Rat knot distension pain threshold, its role naloxone completely antagonized.
