Abstract


Objective: To investigate Dispensary Bureau Wuji Solution inanimate Peiji the role of anti- H · pylori ; observed Wuji Solution on the protective effect of SGC-7901 cells H pylori infection , to analyze the survival rate of the cells ; observed Wuji Solution H · pylori SGC-7901 cells secrete cytokines interleukin -8 (IL-8) , the content and the method of cell apoptosis : agar diffusion method , the tube dilution assay Wuji water decoction of the suppression of the killing effect of H · pylori ; H · pylori inoculation in SGC-7901 human gastric epithelial cells , four MTT colorimetry ( MTT colorometric assay ) , enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) SGC-7901 cells survival, detection Wuji Solution H · pylori - induced cytokine IL - 8 content ; using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and DNA agarose gel electrophoresis to detect apoptosis . Results: ( 1) the minimum inhibitory concentration of Wuji Solution H · pylori 62.5mg/ml, minimum bactericidal concentration is 125mg/ml . ( 2) Wuji Solution H pylori -induced SGC-7901 cells , the survival rate was significantly higher than that in the control group , the difference was significant ( p <0.01 ) . (3 ) of Wuji Solution group the IL-8 was significantly lower than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( p <0.01 ) . ( 4 ) amyl decoction group apoptosis rate was significantly lower than the control group , the difference was significant ( p <0.01 ) . Conclusion : (1) Wuji Solution directly inhibited and killed H · pylori . ( 2) Wuji Solution can improve the survival rate of SGC-7901 cells induced by H · pylori . (3 ) the Wuji liquid H · py 1 ori SGC-7901 cells induced secretion of cytokines IL -8 inhibited . ( 4) Wuji Solution can inhibit H · py 1 ori -induced apoptosis .
