Abstract


With the rapid development of China’s economy, the management level of enterprise has rose from traditional material resource management to material resource and human resource co-management. Competition among enterprises in addition to the traditional competition between material resources and social resources the other part-the competition between human resources become increasingly fierce. Especially for the construction of Qinghai Oilfield Co., Ltd., which is specialized engineering construction enterprise, the demand of the professional competence of staff and efficient use of material resource is higher. The study of the implement program of Qinghai Oilfield construction human resource disposal has very important theoretical and practical significant. From the theoretical point of view, the research of human resource is the addition and development to the field of business administration. From a practical point of view, the time of studying human resource construction of the Qinghai Oilfield Co., Ltd. is critical for future development. It can provide the impetus to the company to achieve the company’s future development goals and help the company manage the configuration of the scientific and rational corporate human resources, provide theoretical foundation and operation of ideas, so as to enhance core competitiveness of enterprises. The whole project promote to a higher level, and thus have far-reaching the company’s future development impact.This paper sums up practice and uphold by learning important theories and summarizes of the domestic and foreign experts and scholars, standing on the shoulders of giants. First, the paper analysis Qinghai Oilfield Co., Ltd. present situation of human resource allocation, finding out the existing problems, and researching deeply on the study of necessity. Then by human resource disposition theory basis and reference for the human resource configuration case against the company to formulate specific problems of human resource configuration scheme and the concrete implementation methods, and the paper puts forwards to some corresponding measures.
