Abstract


Research purposes by the crowd on the project community health promotion activities and the implementation of a series of intensive interventions to achieve the purpose of crowd malaria control knowledge awareness and evaluation of malaria prevention and control in health promotion of the rural community residents and students , for the future to carry out suitable community population in malaria prevention and treatment intervention model to provide a scientific basis . Research methods according to the project area malaria incidence density distribution , typical sampling method to select residents and pupils , and various forms of malaria prevention and health promotion 5 months , 2 questionnaires before and after the intervention , and evaluation of community residents to combat malaria intervention effect . Results , survey the area heard malaria , know that malaria transmission , the typical symptoms of malaria were 57.7% , 49.7% , 15.6% ; think the best way to prevent malaria is the use of mosquito nets to prevent mosquito bites (35.4%) ; know malaria treatment drugs and medication days was 31.8% and 47.7% . 2 , in different parts of the awareness of the population differences (P lt; 0.01), a non - conditional logistic regression analysis showed that affect malaria transmission pathways , the onset of symptoms, treatment area and population category of drugs and medication time to know the factors ; impact of prevention method known factors as population category . The gender not affect awareness of the factors of malaria prevention and control knowledge . 3, after the health-promoting interventions , community population in malaria prevention and control knowledge awareness significantly improved (P lt; 0.01), anti-malaria good behavior increased significantly ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusions 1 , malaria knowledge public education in rural areas need to be strengthened , TV is the most popular form of publicity and education , can make full use of this media publicity loved good knowledge of malaria control publicity and education work . Interventions adapted to local circumstances , community population , targeted health promotion , can significantly improve the residents of rural communities on malaria prevention and control knowledge , attitude , and behavior (KAP).
