Abstract


With the gradual deepening of the reform of the health system , the health care market is becoming more competitive, the hospital only further strengthen the medical quality management , to maintain or improve the quality of medical services under the premise of the hospitalization expenses , reduce hospitalization time , saving the health resources to maximize medical benefits / cost ratio in order to provide the people with a low cost, high quality and efficient health services , and in a dominant position in the fierce competition in the health care market . In this paper, the digital health project of the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine , describes the design and development of electronic clinical care path , and application integration with existing hospital care electronic medical record system and clinical information system (CIS) . Demonstrated the importance of clinical nursing path in the management of hospital care , the development of the situation at home and abroad , expounded the basic concepts of electronic clinical care path . The focus is the study of the processes of clinical care path design , management model , function realization . According to the trend of the development of the hospital information system - for the medical services in the discourse process , stressing the patient information center . Through research, to explore the inherent law of the design and application of clinical nursing path , looking for clinical nursing path for the implementation of measures in line with China 's national conditions .
