Abstract


The 16th CPC National Congress established the ambitious program for comprehensively building a well-off society , and clearly the western region to accelerate the development of 10 years , a breakthrough . Promote the large-scale development of the western region , the process of building a moderately prosperous society , we must attach great importance to the western national economic and social development issues . This requires that you must select the right breakthrough . Likely is this breakthrough in the area of tourism . Part IV: Analysis of the basic principles of western ethnic areas of tourism development , focusing on the specific suggestions to speed up the development of tourism in Western Ethnic Regions .
